How much does shipping cost?
We know that once you’ve found the products you were looking for the last thing you want is to worry about how much it’s going to cost to get those goods to your door.
At Love That Pet we offer simple and transparent shipping solutions to give you peace of mind when you shop with us. Our flat-rate and free shipping options are offered in two weight classes – orders over 2KG and orders under 2KG.
If you live outside the listed zones for orders over 2KG you will need to contact our Customer Experience Team for a custom quote to ship to your address. All our parcels are shipped from our Sydney campus and we have endeavoured to provide exceptional shipping rates on all parcels Australia-Wide.
Where do you deliver?
Love That Pet offers reliable and efficient delivery services for your pet supply needs to all addresses within Australia. Due to the large expanses of our country and its territories a custom shipping quote may be required for orders over 2kg to remote locations. Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders for International delivery at this stage.
How will my order be shipped?
We know you want your order fast so our team at the centre aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible:
- Orders received before 3PM will be dispatched on the same business day
- Orders received after 3PM will be dispatched first thing on the next business day
- Orders on Weekends and Public holidays will be dispatched first thing on the next business day
All our orders are dispatched via Australia Post, Australia’s largest parcel delivery network operator. Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday, generally between 8AM-6PM. You will receive a tracking code via email that you can enter here to keep track of your delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For metro areas your pet supplies will generally arrive within 2 to 4 business days, for rural areas this may take up to 7 business days. These times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location. Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
If no one is home when your delivery arrives a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery and pick-up options. Just follow the instructions to collect your order.
Alternatively, you can select the Authority To Leave option when you Checkout and leave instructions for Australia Post on where to leave your parcel if no one is home. In some cases, even where Authority To Leave is selected Australia Post may opt not to leave a parcel, particular if the parcel is at risk of damage from exposure to the elements (e.g. rain).
